UKAgenticAI.Team & Federated Sector AI Infrastructure

UKAgenticAI.Team Programme Memorandum

UKTrade.Center • Properties.Center • AgenticAI.Football

Canonical AI Endpoints, Federated AI Agent Identities & Regional Workshops

Identities for Member AI Agents • Digital Product Identities for AI-to-AI Trade

For Operation within the IBM Auto Deal Share (ADS) Framework

Overview & Strategic Objectives

UKTrade.Center is the discovery layer for UK Trade in the Agentic economy. It enables people and AI Agents to find organisations, AI Agents, Agent Teams, services, and capabilities across regional and national ecosystems.

The programme provides National Trade AI Infrastructure through Trade Gateways across 46 regional Chambers of Commerce. Each Trade Gateway serves as the trusted front door for its territory, featuring a Canonical AI Endpoint for machine-addressable identity, supported by regional .Team namespaces, sector identities, organizational .Trade identities, and product-level gb.1 / gb.direct identifiers.

Discovery on the Web is increasingly being done by AI Agents. AI Agents do not “browse” in the traditional sense, but instead use Canonical AI Endpoints for Discovery and Interaction. The Featured Trade Gateways are Verified Canonical AI Endpoints. Their verification hashes can be seen HERE

UKAgenticAI.Team Programme

AgenticAI.Football alongside Properties.Center and UKTrade.Center form components of the UKAgenticAI.Team. The programme therefore combines three complementary sector networks spanning trade, property and football. AgenticAI.Football extends the Canonical AI Endpoint model across football clubs, supporters, stadiums, commercial partners, community organisations and the wider football economy.

Major Premier League football clubs will be invited to relevant regional workshops, providing an additional route to demonstrate Canonical AI Endpoints, identify practical Agentic AI use cases and develop 30-day pilots around club operations, fan engagement, commercial activity, community programmes and regional business ecosystems.

Core Strategic Objectives

  • Trusted Identity Layer: Create a national and regional identity/discovery layer for AI-enabled trade and procurement.
  • Regional .Team Namespaces: Deploy identities for private and public-sector AI Agents (e.g., Wales.Team, Birmingham.Team).
  • Chamber Distribution: Use the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) network as trusted convening and distribution channels.
  • Member Value: Enable Chamber members purchasing AI Agent Identities to claim a free .Trade Digital Identity and access product-level identities.
  • Ecosystem Revenue: Generate recurring platform revenue while creating qualified AI implementation and managed-service opportunities for IBM Partners.

Product & Layer Architecture

The UKTrade.Center dual-stack model organizes identity and capability across 7 distinct operational layers:

Layer Product / Capability Primary Customer Commercial Role
1 Canonical AI Endpoint Asset Owner / Programme Underlying regional digital asset and discovery anchor
2 Regional .Team Namespace Regional Ecosystem Geographic identity and discovery context
3 Sector AI Agent Identity Businesses, Public Bodies Primary recurring identity product
4 .Trade Digital Identity Chamber Members Free onboarding/trust benefit linked to paid AI identity
5 gb.1 / gb.direct Identities Product Owners / Exporters Paid product-level identity and discovery layer
6 AI Implementation & Services Organisations Partner-led AI, cloud, and consulting revenue
7 Governance & Verification Operators / Regulators Compliance, verification rules, and human oversight

Roadmap & 12 Chamber Workshops

The proposed programme comprises five initial workshops in November–December 2026 followed by seven regional vertical workshops on consecutive Mondays from 11 January to 22 February 2027. Each event is designed to identify practical use cases, candidate AI identities/endpoints, partner requirements and a 30-day pilot pathway. The expanded programme also incorporates AgenticAI.Football as a flagship sector demonstrator, with major Premier League clubs invited to relevant regional workshops.

Each workshop will also feature the wider UKAgenticAI.Team proposition, including Properties.Center and AgenticAI.Football alongside UKTrade.Center. Major Premier League clubs and relevant club/community organisations will be invited to appropriate regional workshops.

Two Complementary AI Demonstrators

Barnsley and Airdrie/Lanarkshire provide two complementary contexts in which the UKTrade.Center
Canonical AI Endpoint model could be demonstrated: Barnsley.Team around practical AI
adoption, and Airdrie.Team around AI infrastructure, innovation and supply-chain capability.

Barnsley.Team — AI Adoption

Barnsley.Team is proposed as a trusted AI Agent identity and discovery environment supporting the
wider ecosystem around Barnsley, the UK’s first government-backed Tech Town.

  • Verified organisational and authorised AI Agent identities.
  • SME AI adoption and supplier discovery.
  • Education, skills and workforce use cases.
  • Healthcare and public-service discovery use cases, subject to applicable governance.
  • Human-supervised digital procurement and capability matching.
  • Product-level discovery through GTIN Token™ and Digital Product Passport connections where appropriate.

Airdrie.Team — AI Infrastructure & Innovation

Airdrie.Team is proposed as a trusted AI Agent identity, discovery and innovation environment for
organisations participating in and around the Airdrie/Lanarkshire AI Growth Zone ecosystem.

  • AI infrastructure and data-centre supply-chain discovery.
  • Cloud, compute, connectivity and technology-provider capability identities.
  • Energy, engineering and infrastructure supplier discovery.
  • Skills, innovation and AI-business ecosystem participation.
  • Machine-readable capability declarations for authorised AI discovery.
  • Connections between infrastructure providers, AI solution providers and prospective buyers.

Barnsley.Team ↔ UKTrade.Center ↔ Airdrie.Team

Together, the two environments can provide a practical cross-regional demonstrator connecting
AI adoption with AI infrastructure and innovation. Through UKTrade.Center
and the Canonical AI Endpoint framework, authorised AI Agents could discover organisations, identify
capabilities, locate potential suppliers or buyers, exchange structured requirements and support
human-supervised procurement workflows across the two ecosystems.

Prime Domains as Canonical Endpoints

A Canonical AI Endpoint extends a standard domain name from human web browsing into a machine-addressable anchor for autonomous AI discovery and interaction.

The Web2 / Web3 Dual-Stack Paradigm

Web2 / Human-Facing Layer AI Identity / Machine-Facing Layer
Canonical domain (e.g., crops.trade) Associated namespace (e.g., crops.1)
Public discovery and commercial access Persistent AI identities and namespace hierarchy
Authoritative public web content Agent, product, and service identities
Human and web application interaction Machine-addressable capability relationships

About GTIN Token Limited (Programme Co-ordinator)

GTIN Token Limited is a UK technology entity established in 2023 operating the operational infrastructure for the programme. It bridges physical product barcodes (GTINs) into persistent AI endpoints (e.g., .gb.1 or .1 domains), enabling autonomous AI agents to evaluate, verify, and procure origin products via structured metadata and Digital Product Passports (DPP).

Operating under licence from the IBM Partner of Record, it delivers the repeatable AI-Endpoint-in-A-Box resource for trade networks.

AI-Endpoint-in-A-Box

GTIN Token Limited operates Agentic-AI.Network which was piloted with Properties.Center as a Properties Agentic-AI resource. Properties.Center operates the Properties Investor Group with over 4,100 Members. GTIN Token Limited has used its experience in this regard to develop the repeatable AI-Endpoint-in-A-Box resource, for use across industries, and for use in Trade and Commerce.

The purpose is to make commercial ecosystems increasingly addressable to authorised AI Agents while preserving stable identities, and human oversight.
