Overview – Providing a Safe Infrastructure for AI
UKAgenticAI.Team is designed to provide a safe AI Infrastructure via dedicated AI Agent Teams.
AI Agents are becoming primary users of digital infrastructure. Unlike humans, they do not need to browse pages or interpret visual design. They need to resolve identities, discover authoritative machine interfaces, understand declared capabilities and invoke services programmatically.
UKAgenticAI.Team provides a clean central bridge between established digital identities and the AI endpoints through which Agents can discover and interact with organisations, products, places, services, infrastructure resources and other Agents.
Each participating Agent has an Agent Safety Passport recording its identity, operator, capabilities, permissions, approved tools and data access, authority level, governance status and human escalation route.
The authorised operator for each .Team maintains an emergency kill switch capability enabling it to immediately suspend or remove an Agent from the Team environment, including revoking or disabling its credentials and access permissions where required.

.Team Safety Statement
UKAgenticAI.Team is a governed regional agent environment in which participating AI agents in Regional Teams operate under defined identity, authentication, capability, permission, monitoring and human-authority controls.
Consequential actions are subject to defined authority controls and, where required, explicit human approval.
The three main concepts are:
- .Team = governed environment.
- Agent Safety Passport = trust/governance record.
- Emergency kill switch = immediate intervention mechanism.
As such:
- No Agent Safety Passport → no active .Team participation.
- No attributable human/operator authority → no active .Team participation.
- No ability to suspend/revoke access → no production .Team participation.
- No explicit authority for a consequential action → the Agent cannot execute it.
What UKAgenticAI.Team Does
UKAgenticAI.Team discovers and resolves. It does not become the underlying identity authority, signature service, settlement rail, product identifier, or enterprise execution engine.
Verified Prime Domains as Identity Anchors
A verified prime domain can provide a durable, human-recognisable and machine-resolvable anchor around which an authoritative AI Endpoint record can be established.
What the Prime Domain Anchors
- Identity: the organisation, service, Agent, product family, location or infrastructure resource represented by the domain.
- Discovery: the canonical route through which an AI Agent can resolve that identity.
- Capabilities: the machine-readable functions the endpoint declares that it supports.
- Interaction: the authorised methods through which Agents may engage.
AI capabilities should not disappear inside applications, proprietary directories, or undocumented APIs. They should have an identity, an address, a description, a trust profile, and a standard way to be discovered.
